Refund Policy - the basics

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

 

All Sales Final. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Sage Findz, all sales are final. You acknowledge and agree that once an Item is won or purchased via Buy Now, it cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.

 

Condition of Items. All Auction and Buy Now Items are sold “as is,” “where is,” and “with all faults.” Descriptions, photographs, condition reports, and other information provided through the Services are for informational purposes only and may not include every condition issue or defect. By placing a bid or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to inspect or inquire about the Item’s condition to your satisfaction.

 

Exceptions. In limited circumstances, Sage Findz may, at its sole discretion, approve a return or refund if:

 

the wrong Item was shipped,

 

the Item was materially misrepresented, or

 

damage occurred during shipping caused by Sage Findz’s handling prior to carrier tender.

 

Any approved refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (or as credit) within a reasonable time. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Disputed Charges. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Sage Findz to resolve the issue. Chargebacks made in violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension of your account and legal recovery of the disputed amount, including associated costs.
